Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges:

To return/exchange a product, please send an email to [email protected] to notify us of your intent to return/exchange an item or items within 14 days of receiving. Please include your name, the items you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange. We will refund to your form of payment within 7 days of receiving and inspecting your return. For returns, original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will replace any damaged or defective item, covering the cost of shipping. In which case a return label will be emailed to you.

Items that do not qualify for return/exchange:

  • Oil Products
  • Butter Products
  • Hair Care Products
  • Skin Care Products
  • Dietary Products
  • Herbs
  • Incense
  • Sage

Promotional Purchases:

If you chose to return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase, a discount, or free shipping, the value of that promotion will be deducted from the refund amount. If returning an item that qualified you for a "gift with purchase" offer, you will be given the option to return the promotional item or have the purchase price deducted from your refund. Promotional items that do not qualify for return/exchange, half the value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations:

Once an order has been processed through our website and shipped, we will not be able to cancel the orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Your order will be treated as a return, subjected to the return/exchange policy stated above. Expect a delay in processing your refund if the item was shipped. If the order has not been shipped, we will issue a complete refund including the shipping charges. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
